Update:
The Dressed To Kill Tour stop in Austin has been postponed.
Who said Cher didn’t still have it? Well, she has extended her Dressed to Kill tour to show us she’s still got it. Cher will return to the Frank Erwin Center for her acclaimed tour D2K, performing songs from her latest album, her 26th solo project, Closer to the Truth, which includes her dance single Woman’s World. She’ll be joined by another legend, rocker Pat Benatar and her husband, guitarist Neil Giraldo.
The pop icon has wowed us for years with hits like “I Got You Babe” (from her former husband-wife duo Sonny & Cher), “Gypsys, Tramps & Thieves,” “If I Can Turn Back Time,” and “Believe.” She starred in movies including Mask, If These Walls Could Talk, and Silkwood, in which she portrays a lesbian. Mother of transgender man and LGBT activist Chaz Bono, Cher has long been a vocal advocate in the LGBT community. Catch her before it’s too late – DTK is rumored to be Cher’s farewell tour.
