At Central Market’s cooking school in Austin, Chef Medrano will demonstrate flavorful and culturally enriching recipes from his cookbook Truly Texas Mexican: A Native Culinary Heritage in Recipes.
The evening’s menu will include:
• Cactus & Shrimp Gorditas;
• Chile Ancho Meatballs;
• Salsa Ranchera; and
• Enchiladas de Queso with Ancho & Pasilla Chiles.
