Hand to Hold’s third annual Baby Shower – A Brighter Future for NICU Families: Heart, Courage, Wisdom and Home honors all families who have experienced life with a baby in neonatal intensive care and raises funds for Hand to Hold to expand its support and programs for these families in Central Texas in communities across the United States. Hand to Hold focuses support resources and programs around four central strengths: Peer Support, Psychological & Emotional Support, Whole Family Care and NICU & Beyond programs.
Activities include Baby Shower games with prizes such as jewelry, spa treatments and fine dining gift certificates, all on the shores of Lady Bird Lake at Hyatt Downtown Austin. Inspiring guests with a message about the courage, faith and friendship, New York Times Bestselling Author of Sparkly Green Earrings, and BigMama.com blogger, Melanie Shankle will talk about what it takes to navigate life’s most difficult challenges.
