The Apothecary crew is excited to host its first ever beer dinner with some of the best brew out there from Chicago’s Goose Island Beer Co. Executive chef Albert Gonzalez will pair six courses with Goose Island beers, including exceptional farmhouse ales and the cult favorite bourbon county stout. Guests will have the amazing opportunity to taste some highly coveted limited releases.
